If you can get there and feel comfortable doing it then I would wholeheartedly recommend Rich's offer Noods. He sorted me out remotely (steady tiger) and he's better at it in real life.

Nope. Not shaved or cut hair for about eighteen months now. If I were more burly I think the term would be "bear". As it is I think "cub" perhaps more appropriate

Unfortunately Richard mTe I can't as I explained my shifts mean Sats are out for another 6 weeks..

I'm at work tonight and tomorrow night, so Im only available Sunday morn.. The week after I'd be free Monday morning and so on...

These are pics of beads on Mild steel... Not SS.. I ran beads on the SS again and they were just like yesterday's eg fine... So went onto Mild 2mm steel..

If you can tell me what to do next pls..

It's not that mate i would happyly drive over in morning if I didn't have to work another 12 hrs Sat nite too

Soonest Sat I can get off would be as Holiday mate and that's the 14th of May...?
In the meantime can you advise what I need to do regarding the beads on steel pls.. Stainless seems fine as per yesterday.. X

Runs seem clean noods you just need to practice and be shown some set up technique that's all. To me your machine seems to be behaving.

Everything you see below was achieved by our little Ducati riding, night shifting, gas donating pal noods.
The Alu was done on my acdc but by his skilled hands.
The Alu was contaminated by anodising and sanding but it was just playing on scrap. He's a cracking bloke. Great to meet him.

Neither. Changing that split pipe sorted out the contamination issues and a little watch over his shoulder helped with refining things further and popped a much needed confidence boost back in there.

thats good, i want to be able to do steel first with my little DC unit,
before i look at getting an ac/dc unit.

but yer he done good there.


glad to see it was just the hose leak that was the problem then.
