I'll get it cut to length over the weekend and I'll let you know how much the courier will be. I'll send it and we can sort the payment out after, I can't imagine it being much more than 7 quid total, so how you and Matt split it is up you guys.Do you need some extra cash sending or shall I split the cost with Matt when I collect it from him?
Are they illuminated as well? They look like telemecanique/klockner moeller clones, not that I'm a switch spotter or anything!!
What are you using for powering it? This build needs its own thread!!
Well there's no point doing a half arsed job. It's only a toy but I may have to rawl bolt it to the floor

Ah, I saw that post but I didn't twig that it was the crane! They're not illuminted but only cost £1.15 delivered and have both NO/NC connections. It's all 12 volt so ill probably use an alarm battery to power it.

Just out of curiosity, is it going to be going in the house, or has it already been banished to the garage by the missus?
I'll sort the postage and such on yours too Russ. Might as well get it all sent here and then we can get it through to yours once it's here.![]()
I have a daughter so I know not of such things, only Disney princess stuff and my little pony!! Sigh....
I've told the missus "I need to nip down to Barnsley in the near future, won't be long love!"![]()
Trust me, it's not necessarily much better when you have boys.![]()
I saw the picture in the back of a picture in your thread a few days ago and spend about an hour on google images looking at hundreds of offshore cranes trying to find the same one
They do still make it, Lego Technic is better thoughor K'Nex (do they even still make that?)
Back to the cable, just sorted postage out and it came to £5.79 Matt, via myhermes.
Its packed up, just need to print labels off. I'll drop it off at the collection point either tomorrow or Monday, should hopefully be with you early next week.
No bother, as I said to Matt I'd rather it gets some use rather than sitting in the corner of my garage. Many thanks for this daleyd.
