Anyone seen 'the machinist' for some weird stuff going on? Nice scene in a workshop where HS goes wrong 
Also many people have seen 'memento' but another strange one but an earlier film by the same director worth a watch is 'following'.

That's cos you're a young 'un.
'The Princess Bride' ought definitely be on your list of ones to watch. Another film I watched awhile ago, which I haven't seen for years, seems to be just as funny as I remember it too. 'Remo; Unarmed and Dangerous'. Fred Ward, the bloke who was in Tremors with Kevin Bacon, is Remo.

Then you are missing out! Some of my favourite films were made before I was born.

Never really been able to get into either of those first two. I've tried watching them through, but they just don't seem to be my type of film. Don't think I've seen the third one.
On about unusual films, Highlander was one of the most confusing films I've ever seen, the first time I watched it. Made perfect sense the second time around and thereafter, but that's definitely a confusing film on the first watch.

Aye, there was that point too.
Lambert pulled the Scot part off well though, in my opinion, and you just accept the fact that Connery will always have a Scottish accent no matter what nationality he plays, in any film.

Just like Transformers, pirates of the Caribbean, spider man, fast & furious, shrek and many more, films with loads of sequels are never good. Not that they all started good

It is supposed to be pretty good. Back to the level of the 1st 2 films. Salvation was far better than the third one IMHO.

Just like Transformers, pirates of the Caribbean, spider man, fast & furious, shrek and many more, films with loads of sequels are never good. Not that they all started good
The worst example of let down sequels, IMHO, is 'The Matrix'. That would have been far better if they'd just left it at one film. Other ones are the 'Highlander' sequels, 'Star Wars' prequels etc.

First 2 were good, third wasn't bad, fourth was bloody awful. I have my ways of seeing films before they're out
