No reliability issues so far at all with this
Up to 1k miles now with just 1 indicator bulb needed replacing. (And the 'accident' bit lol)
I didn't think i could use it more than the 3k miles i have down but turns out I'm still covered third party regardless .
Had I known that before ,would've put it down at 1k .. third party is fine with me, only a 1k car wouldn't really be a point in claiming anything on it if something did happen.
...but ours did over 500 miles last week, will do 500 more this weekend, so i guess its not too bad for a 20yr old car : )

you should be ok with just the belt kit you can even straighten the pushrods in a vice or over the bumper with a hammer
been done as get you home from the desert etc
Six months between recoveries isn't bad for a Disco is it, keeps you in the RAC and AA limit of 3 a year!Anddd there was my first recovery
Overheated and chucked coolant out of the header tank.
And then Diesel line to the fuel pump has a massive leak and has become a waterfall soon as you start the car lol
I have some work to do tomorrow.
Return that goes from the injectors to the injector fuel pump.
Struggling to find anything online other than the bolt
*scratch that its just a 10mm banjo fitting, i was looking for specific lr parts lol)
Hopefully it is just that at fault though, easy fix.
Chasing down the coolant issue is a little more difficult .. ordered the spanner to take the fan off .. then ill flush the entire thing and fill it properly and see what happens.
Recovery driver has a disco too, said its running way too good to be the headgasket but im not ruling that out![]()
