That the beauty with not taking sugar, quick stir with the bag, squeeze it out and chuck it on the floor in front of the fire. No spoon required.

I read that at camp Bastion, the catering area run by civilian personnel slightly underestimated the volume of tea that the British army would drink.
some of the coffee urns were replaced with tea urns....
When I was at work (retired now) I used to make a pot of tea & take it back to my office desk. I got allsorts of comments about it, but did I care, no cos I got a decent mug of tea. It doesn't brew properly with a bag in a mug I think
I was always told when as a young lad & started work, there was something else that was only used for stirring my tea!never stir the tea with a pencil or use a spoon that has stirred coffe 1st it makes the tea taste crap . screwdrivers bits of stick even cable are fair game 2 use
