I could be so tempted with some of this lot, if I thought for one minute some of the classic bikes would stay within their estimates I would be there like shot.

1974 I found a BSA bantam laying against a wall at one of the block of maisonetes where I lived(obviously nicked?) I got it going and ragged the ar*e out of it in a field where I was living at the time,finished me joyment on it and set it on fire.

If I knew then what I know now I'd have made a good few quid on it.

As a biker, I cannot get my head round that-why run a machine into the ground and then burn it??-someone could rebuild it.

I must be too soft, if I find anything which I suspect is nicked I contact the police and hopefully it will be returned to it's owner and not get into the hands of anyone dishonest.
