Another brand would be 3M, they do a wide variety of products for this type of thing,I think Tiger Seal is polyurethane? It may stick initially but would not be specced for rubber in any certificated test.
Would you not be better off searching for metalastic products and adapting the most suitable. Something like the sub-frame mountings from vehicles etc.
