4500lbs winch for £30 delivered, ebay seller wrapped it well! Only problem is the clutch to freespool doesn't seem to disengage fully but should be an easy fix.

Also took the chainsaw down to get the leftover wood where I found the ground mat

You can't go wrong with that price for the winch, all I would say is they have a brake inside as well, which breaks if, for example, a car rolled off a transporter with a slack winch cable, when the slack is taken up, the sudden stop wrecks the brake.
Careful use to avoid that and they're good to go.

12" Mitty height gauge, doesn't look like it's ever been used, even got the keys for the case latches!


Will look very nice on the surface plate I never use.

Lol a brake that breaks, it'll mostly be for pulling logs/skid steer out of mud etc so shouldn't see any sudden shock loads. Will have a look how it works when I open to fix the clutch.
