Could you drill a convenient hole in the plaster cast, nut and bolt so bolt drops down underneath and attach earth, assuming you mean to prevent everything going skew whiff. Use washers if needed.

cut the boobs off, attach a couple of funnels and go the madonna route or put in a couple of tubes where the N's should be and go for machine gun jubblies

tinfoil underneath or a bit of plate on the earth return and press it over 3 or 4 nuts with your hand and tack them

Perhaps screw a bolt in a nut and on the bench either side on all six faces add another nut and MIG tack weld the touching faces .. that should give you a large enough starting point .. hot melt glue the other nuts in place so they touch and when cool tack them up . Maybe use a range of different nuts to cover the curves .

I would start laying them out at the lowest place so you build up and gravity will hold them in place as you progress.

Are you now working internally so to speak! Won't you be able just to lay all the nuts out and drill a hole through Stephany's clone to run a bolt through to act as your earth point in the middle then tack from that outwards.

Drill hole through bolt and nut to the other side going into a nut on the "finished" side, tighten the outer nut up to hold it steady and attach earth cable to the bolt.
