What's the legality of fitting my own 16A spur with socket, rotary isolator and 16A C curve RCBO?

It's a ground floor flat, so you can imagine all the paperwork involved, etc.

Might be worth an ask. If they say no you're where you are now but you might hit the right person & get a yes.
If you do ask it might be worth finding some sort of use that doesn't involve powering hot works

At my little workshop, a 32 amp socket is wired into the 32 amp ring main.

I figured that I will not be using anything else while I am welding. The machine does not pull that much in any case
