the iss is parts and storage so is best sent to the moon and used as a saterlite around the moon the cost in fuel is worth it to send it there

much better than burning it up in the earths atmosphere

the solar panels can be renewed there to create power or used as a mirror makes no difference which way

everything on the iss space station can be reused and even remelted down again if we have a power source on the moon new solar panels could be transported via the iss whilst the old panels used for something else

Yes, but NASA got the book from the Germans. Perhaps that's the problem now; the Germans all went home after Apollo.
