He has the fittings and a crimper if you get stuckThank you - it's not the hose itself I need, it's specifically the quick release fitting.
I've ordered one from RS, hopefully it'll have better quality control than those on eBay. Oddly enough, the barb is 9mm rather than the typical 8, but I think that should work with an 8mm EPDM hose.

I can confirm the RS fitting doesn't leak through the fitting, at least not with a 25 PSI test pressure.
Slimmer in design and feels to be better quality than the one the machine came with:

I'm getting ever closer to grabbing one of these but keep coming back to this review video.. Watching it makes me breath funny trying to figure out what his issue is, The auto dubbing aint helping. Im of the mind its clueless chap blames machine. but if any of you speak Dubbish. Whats he saying? I get the bit where its spewing 2 metres a minute when he set it to one. but ive never gone off instruction settings in my life and just set by eyes and ear.
Sorry i can't help you, I bought the 160pro and my welding improved as soon as I switched it on...I hadn't touched a welder in 4 years so I expected to struggle

I bought the old version of the 250 pro...haven't used it for mig as I have a Kemppi also.
Paton I'd say feels very well built...I use the power module on its own for stick welding and that was really excellent.

Is it possible that the wire speed ramps up/down once the arc is struck?
I think it has quite a bit you can program like a hot start thing and tapering off at the end as well as pre and post flow.
I could probably test it if you really want me to
If you know how to turn off post flow could you let me know.... I haven't managed to find it yet..

Seems it's only dubbed english if its watched via youtube. He set the feed on a metre a minute , let the wire pish out for 60 seconds and measured 2.5 mtr of wire.
Would have been good to have seen him throw the manual aside and dial it in then weld.
From what I could work out, there is a version called ProMig, and another called MultiPro. The Multipro has HF tig. I seem to recall there were some variations in duty cycle and warranty length too, though I wasn't sure if that was just out of date information.
The wire feeder also has two versions, the 15-2 and 15-4, the former with two rollers, the latter 4.

In other news, I finally got around to testing the machine today, after all the faffing chasing leaks in the gas hose. So far I'm pleased, the machine is far more capable than I am and fairly intuitive to use.
However, I noticed after closing the gas bottle and disconnecting the hose from the machine, the bottle pressure in the reg was dropping, albeit very slowly. The second gauge on my reg is pressure rather than flow, so doesn't leave the stop with the flow set to 12 LPM.
Pressure on the reg dropped from about 190 bar to 150 in about 15/20 minutes. Opening the bottle back up returns the pressure to 190 so I know it's after the bottle valve. I haven't got the soapy water out to trace it - am I just being overly concerned? Do your regs all stay at full pressure until you come back next time after closing the bottle?

Nope, it goes down to 0.5 seconds but not all the way off.

As the power supply is separate to the wire feeder there are many possible combinations.
2 types of wire feeder, one 2 roller and another 4 roller.
You can power the feeder with either a stick or tig power supply. I think the promig is just a relabeled pro arc power supply that is bundled with the feeder and the multipro uses the DC Tig unit as the power supply which gives the hf start.
The multipro only comes with a 4 roller feeder and the promig comes with either.
A nice modular design imo but confusing to compare when they all look pretty much identical.
