Are the tops LDPE and not PP? LDPE melts at 110'c

Yeah the tops are not PP as advertised sadly. Did not survive.
I would pour culture dishes under a flow hood for culturing mushrooms but don’t have one (or the skill for a SAB) so this way you pour unsterile and then sterilise afterwards. You get more condensation issues but it requires less kit - of which I lack a lot l of like microscope, flow hood and glassware.
Next test will be same idea but use UVC and O3 to do the sterilisation.

Spindle has seized on it, and I suspect wiped out the motor going by the magic smoke that appeared when it slowed down.
I suspect a new table will be the quickest repair option, as I've got a couple big orders that I need done before the end of the month.
