Newcastle, they've been there since 1907. They make very nice biscuits and tea plus other associated goodies. Wifey grew up on their products.

There's a van marked Ringtons that delivers tea to a house a few doors from me, and I've seen it at some others locally. Seems a long way to go, to me, if it's the same one. I expect it's not just driving down here, doing half a dozen drops and then going home, but it's interesting to see that some places still have what are effectively mobile shops. There's a fresh fish delivery van as well.

Made some replacement dog point screws to replace the butchered ones done by a previous so called clockmaker that hold the back cock on for my late mother’s Westminster chime clock, don’t understand why the need for dog point screws though.
The bushings had been butchered as well by centre punching around them to close bushing rather than doing them properly & rebushing.
