Thought I might start a thread about starting a build, This is what happens when you retire, you find little projects you saved up over the years and determine to start them, the trick of course is to finish them. @brightspark thinks I am going to start and then leave it, I have never started anything yet and not finished it, not that I can recall anyway. So I am going to make a start and just keep going, thats the plan anyway:

This is what you get in the box, that and the drawings and the vaguest set of instructions you ever saw, right now the only uncertainty I have is what colour to paint it and where the hell did my Milwaukee die grinder go?
I shall of course update the thread as I go along. Ph yes, just for clarity this is the Stuart 10 H (horizontal single cylinder, this one:

any way why are you not making it all from scratch , you've got all the gear 

thats as far as it got . i did build a kitcar from scratch in 6 weeks mind
