So,a little update,even if it is late
I bought @Wozzaaah beast,and it works
Cut this yesterday


No sparks just loads of hot chips,does what it meant to do,BUT,it fights back,so need to have a firm grip and keep it flat,my only gripe was the amount of chips it spat out in front of my cut line,then again one should always look ahead of the cut
BTW thats 8mm very rusty pitted sheet steel,and no nasty burr

Best to have it set down as far as possible so it pulls into the cut, with the blade set high they are always trying to throw themselves off the cut.

i agree,but the thing here is what i'm cutting isn't flat so blade depth isn't always the same,but hey ho,as you see its redneck cutting here
