Filling holes

Hello
I have 200 holes in van floor 0.8mm from where old minibus floor was bolted down...
I need to cover them and didn't want to weld here are some ideas so far
Butyl tape
Short nuts and bolts
Jb epoxy putty
Im putting insulation and ply floor over the top.

A bit of paint on each hole then sound deadening pads.

I painted whole floor epoxy

Dab of Tigerseal (or similar) in each one and squish it in.

If you don't want to weld them, then I would cut rubber discs and bond them down...similar to wading plugs but not removable

They are 0.8mm

There's a few over 200 just rounding down to stay motivated.

Someone use over 200 8mm bolts to secure a floor?????

Could you hold the new ply floor down by using screws/washers from the underside, dab of sealer on the washer. Two birds one stone and all that.

It was a minibus so quite a lot of runners
