Just sockets & lightscould just upgrade compressors to larger cable and 32 amp plugs, then fit 2x32 amp sockets on the wall with a single 32 amp breaker?
personally I think I'd just do a 32amp breaker with 2x 16amp sockets, but appreciate that's "against the rules"
what are the other breakers in the box and what are they doing? post a photo?
If you are going to install MCBs, usually C type.Ok folks,I’m fitting another small consumer unit in the garage wired from the original one in the garage, but do I need to fit c type mcb or b type?they are b type in the first c/u,and had no problems with the compressors running.

Sure but then I wouldn't be installing MCBs or advising anyone to do so.Providing you can meet the earth fault disconnection time in the regs![]()
