Woops
That machine is done for probably gonna get cut up where it sits.
I have no context but apparently fell over due to rolling I’m assuming that’s the list it’s put on as a resultWhoops, is that a list or just rolling about, doesnt look to rough!
Yes looks like it, hefty machineLooks like some sort of mobile crusher/ screen, tip it back over and it'll be fine.
That's what happened, I saw it reported but couldn't make sense of it.I have no context but apparently fell over due to rolling I’m assuming that’s the list it’s put on as a result
Orkney Shetland ferry load has broke its bindings to the lorry trailer and fallen off in bad weather. That's what happened, I saw it reported but couldn't make sense of it.
Thanks.Orkney Shetland ferry load has broke its bindings to the lorry trailer and fallen off in bad weather.

High load, small foot print, suspect a fairly high CoG too. Lorry lashed to the deck, load not.I think they are being way too optimistic MAIB, HSE and survey will all want to be there and get all there info and data, the deck will have to be dye penned for cracks etc and various other inspections conducted.
Truck driver should be done for an unsafe load, and it would be easier and cheaper to drag the flattened motors out of the way, move the truck sideways, and right the machine I would imagineView attachment 517287View attachment 517288View attachment 517289View attachment 517290View attachment 517291

Hmmm yes easier but you have to remember you not on solid ground that dosent move or shift with weight transfer. Safety and causing no more damage to the vessel would be main priorities.Truck driver should be done for an unsafe load, and it would be easier and cheaper to drag the flattened motors out of the way, move the truck sideways, and right the machine I would imagine
I agree, but cutting it up is not without risk, unless they will dismantle it with spanners.Hmmm yes easier but you have to remember you not on solid ground that dosent move or shift with weight transfer. Safety and causing no more damage to the vessel would be main priorities.

It had a fairly soft landing a BMW, Transit (?) and a red-ish pancake.....Came across one on it's side on the M6 near Preston a few years ago. Empty low loader pulled in on hard shoulder a bit further on. I think they must be a bit top-heavy.
