My old boss wouldn't pay for proper bearings so we would support turntables on 3 or 4 ball transfer units

Yesterday a 4 Line laser level arrived on my doorstep for the grand sum of £36-00 delivered... from AliExpress and after using it's fair to say, I am impressed.....

It even comes with a remote control fob, which controls brightness regular/bright/pulse, and switches the various beams on/off.

For/To the OP.

I'm in the middle of rewiring the house and starting to decorate, I have a Screwfix 2 line cheapo laser level, but really should have splashed the cash and gone for a 4 line unit but Bosch/Dewalt and Milwaukee ones are fortunes, so I present to you my new 4 line unit from Aliexpress......ordered on the 11th Oct arrived today by Evri from their UK warehouse.
Ok it doesn't have the feel/quality of the top three makes but seems reasonably well built and does have a alloy base plate.

I've checked it by marking the walls and moving it around the room all the marks line up, it...

For anyone who has or is considering buying this Laser Level unit (link in other thread above), and may wish to use it for longer range outside/landscape type work, in bright sunlight you might require a laser level detector, this one works with my unit.

Set your levels light output level to the low solid light setting, this detector doesn't seem to like the pulse or the bright settings emitted by this unit this might change on a really bright day.. .

I have tried this on a damp overcast day over a fair distance.

Time to build an extra shed!

Its already 15m by 5m. Mother in law passed last year and we got the adjoining house . I could always extend my shed another 15m across that garden.

Convert the house. Keep the kitchen and one bedroom. Rack out the other bedrooms, remove non structural walls.
If it's a semi, remove the kitchen as well and cut a serving hatch in the party wall.
