What about buying a cheap table or wardrobe from auction, charity shop etc that would provide a suitable size piece of wood ?
Thank you.No Teak and Iroko are two separate species of timber. Iroko is less oily than Teak but equally good for external use if well maintained. Used a lot for hardwood window frames.
I agree that looks a little untidy. Cut back and attach lippings and it will frame it and make it look much cleaner.
Don't mention epoxy resin!You don't fancy making one in glassfibre? Twill weave with epoxy resin?
