Haha. Yes you did!I did warn you about Milwaukee addiction
Did you get one with the batteries, or use genuine Makita ones?I had a smaller 18v fakita and it was pretty decent for general work and would just about undo wheel nuts if they were not over torqued.
After reading a review by @Memmeddu
I bought one of the fakita high torque wrenches from Aliexpress.

Very impressed by this tool. The driveshaft nuts on the van are torqued to over 300 Nm. It loosens them off without a bother. You just have to be careful when tightening as it would be easy to wring off a nut.
You do need a 4 or 5 Ah battery to get the best performance.

(I don't gave any Makita cordless, & suspect the wrench might be a lot less impressive on the Fakita it comes with).
Talking about impacts though - this halfords set of sockets is really good. Granted I only used them with kit air gun so far, but deep and shallow, both 3/8s plus 1/2 for 80 quid with a trade card
And if they break you claim the warranty, I call it aldi snap onI have that set at home, really handy as they are all in a case and they do seem decent quality.

Stupid thread. It made me buy the little M12 impact too. Same as @dobbslc has just bought!
I need a new soldering iron so it makes sense to get one of the m12 ones next perhaps!
That's why I sold one of the batteries from the kit to my dealer.Ah!
I was looking to buy a few bits without another charger to cut the costs a little. Its crazy that the batteries add up so much compared to the actual tool really!
Ive gone and done it! I got a Fakita DTW700 no battery for £22 on Aliexpress - I had a coupon from purchasing something else during their 'choice week' and got £15 off. Could've got the non-branded one for about £9 quid but I'm a tart, if we're going fake I wanted the full hog copyThought might as well try the one that I will use the least, and then buy a real DTW300 or 302 on BF or Xmas as @Jackimus suggested.
My little impact wrench arrived. That'll fit into a lot more places than the big one. Curious thing though - the destructions talk about the 1,2,3,4 settings in terms of speed and impact rate but nowhere does it state the tighten torque of those four settings. I had to look that up on the milwaukee site.
I don't think that's this model? But I may be wrong.Ive not got any of the "one key" tools, but i wonder if you can set specifics in that?
Ditto that.I only buy genuine makita batteries now.
I bought 4 fakita batteries and 2 of them arrived dead and the other 2 failed after little use.
