The KH 750 H2 that I did a few years back was "interesting" to ride, not modern sports bike handling lol!.
I have riden recent bikes with north of 240bhp but they are only as fast as your right hand, and I treat them as I would like others to treat my vehicles.

Nice work. I'm hoping to do the same on some small Yamaha twins I have (AS3/RD125/CS3E).
In the manuals Yamaha show the cranks are separated using clamps bolted round each pair of crank-webs and then the clamp things are pushed apart with bolts (threaded in one clamp).
I thought I'd struck gold when browsing Ebay the other day as someone listed the tool to do this job (with no pictures) for £50(ish)
I bought it straight away then the seller sent me some pics and it's just a tube I'm getting. Bit like the one in your first picture

a friend of mine ,richard p, bought the 55o triple suzuki new , with insurance money from a prang on his cb 250 , he went for a spin out in the new forest, my brother on pillion, apperently they were capable of more than the speed limit , he then pootled into new milton , bike started swaying so he slowed and pulled in, as my brother hopped off...ping ping ping ..severeal spokes broke on the back wheel and it collapsed ! had to be recovered , they were lucky lucky lucky that day.

As does my Suzuki 225 V6 outboard I believe. Last of the 2 strokes. 2.7L. Twin spark with oil injection.

Last few days i used my blast cabinet to prep some items for painting. Brake calipers and clocks surrounds and brackets.
Here they are after blasting and spraying with two coats of epoxy primer.
And here they are today baking in the sunshine following two coats of satin black. The inner clock surrounds are white.

I dismantled the forks and installed new stanchions. The rear shocks were dismantled and cleaned up. Surprisingly still some damping left in the shocks but i won't be pushing my luck too much with them.
I used my press to dismantle the shocks using a bearing splitter to hold the spring under compression.

Clocks loosely assembled. They’re going to look great. You can see the large stainless bezel rings that hold the cases together.
They need to be put in place and then crimped over the case flanges. A bit of a challenge as i don't want to mark the rings or my new paintwork. I’m thinking about some mdf with a circular hole to sit the flanges on as i bend over the edges of the ring. I’ll post some photos of it in action when I've made it.

They are the original Suzuki items from 1974 so over 50 years old.
Turned my attention to the front brake calipers today.
Started by turning some stainless pistons on my old Myford lathe
Here are the finished pistons next to a badly corroded original
New pistons fitted into calipers
And completed calipers bolted onto bike
Next items will be fit new seals kit into the master cylinder and then new brake lines. I’m going to fit a hydraulic brake light switch in favour of the original mechanical switch.

In order to restore the clocks i had to remove the stainless steel bezel rings so i could dismantle the cases. I used a large jubilee clip around the rings to prevent any distortion of the ring whilst i prised up the crimps on the rings using a flat bladed screwdriver.
Re-assembly presents some potential issues. The parts need to come back together without scratching the face of the bezel rings and without damaging the new paintwork on the cases.
I made a jig using 6mm aluminium plate. I cut the necessary holes on my lathe including a recess to hold the rings whilst being re crimped using a punch.
Here’s the jig. Clocks have bezel rings in position but not het crimped

Ring now crimped
Success. Rings re crimped without distortion or damage and paintwork undamaged.
