Just thinking about the repairs needed on the front dumb-irons of the Landy...
I was going to order some zintec of the correct thickness to remake the damaged sections, but I already have loads of 2mm and 3mm corten that was intended for a different project.
In principle corten has similar properties to mild steel...
But are they similar enough to avoid me just creating a new stress-cracking problem down the road?
