I've always used a soap lather to lube tyres, I'll get the proper stuff.
Getting irritated with ebay, the item was collection only and no reply from the seller. I might cancel it
Roughly how much does it weigh? Evri gives 15kg per parcel and I imagine its around 15-25kg. Package with cardboard, duct tape and bin bags with more tape and most metal items will survive.Shame you are not closer, I think shipping the Sealey would be a killer though.
I've checked Facebook and there are three within 50 miles of me for sale. Typical![]()
I thought the Corgi had the same thing, only in white nylon wheels.Learn something new everyday - never seen a rotary bead breaker ever in my life...![]()
Local tyre place has a machine with a disc on it for doing alloys. Been there for years.Learn something new everyday - never seen a rotary bead breaker ever in my life...![]()

I think I've seen a machine which does have a bead breaker like that, it was probably a fancy Hunter. They the helper arms for putting tyres back on - not the bead breaker - big wheel for feeding tyre into well...
Can't see how the bottom bead was broken, is there a matching wheel underneath?FF to 1:10
Yup, identical. Can't see how the bottom bead was broken, is there a matching wheel underneath?
Yup, identical.
One cylinder pulls it up while it pushes the top one down.
You can lock out either one.
Yes, I have seen those. The truck tyre machines work on the roller system, literally bead break and push the tyre off while the wheel/tyre rotates, it’s an all in one procedure.

Yes, I have seen those.
If you watch the video, the rollers only break down the bead.
You still need a tire iron to flip the bead up over, and sneak the stationary
hook onto the rim's bead.
Yes, I have a need for that style about once a year. This one does it all with no levers Fred. I need to get it bolted down in its own space on a bit of concrete, its still usable on the pallets, at the moment I tuck it away in the container after I use it.
