that means nothing to themI was able to tell them that the vehicle was confirmed insured by the same MID that they claim didn't confirm my insurance status. So if they decide to take any action now, in the face of that knowledge, they will be wasting their time.
And yes, as @GRW says, they are deliberately obstructive by not allowing email comms, and their obtuse phone menu system which routes you through to nothing of any use. They make it very easy to pay fines though.
now remember there own system we record any convo with you on this site for training purposes ...
if you use there own recording system, they will delete said convo saying it didnt exist
now i use this myself if they can do it so can others, so recording your convo with them covers your back and is usable within a court as its dated and timed
what ive found its all the way down any of there systems dosnt matter if its dvla or the local council tax all of them deceive, lie and enforce there way only yet there systems are crap fag packet design is a better comment
