Please don't scrap them - as the owner of a few cars from the 70s-90s it's often almost impossible to find spares when needed to keep the cars on the road.I'd just scrap them ....
You mean the air filter housing ? Hotwire injection ? I know I have got the huge one from an early 90/110 V8, a 200tdi one, and there are a couple of others.I need an airbox for a 3.9 Rover V8 if you have one?

Similar to the 3.5 Efi type then. Yes, might have one somewhere.Hotwire - I’ll take a picture tomorrow - it’s the metal canister with a trumpet one end and connection to the MAF sensor the other.
I don't think you can realistically afford to 'pay' yourself an hourly rate sorting and selling old parts if that's not your line of work that you have set up for. See it more as a decluttering of your garage or wherever and whatever you manage to sell is free beer tokens or additional free spending money. Definitely don't scrap the parts.Thing is, when you've done all the checking here, there, everywhere, spent time taking photos, writing ads, working out postage costs, then if it sells, finding packaging, tape, courier/mail - even if they come to the door to pick it up . . . work out the hourly rate. Unless it's a big value item and sells for a big value, you've probably just put a stupidly low value on your "free" time.
But how much will they go for when that restorer needs that elusive NOS part?Try finding a buyer for a rear view dimming mirror for a SS jaguar, still in original tissue paper from Lucas. Worse still. I've got two of them!

It's sad but it seems everything is geared to buying new and throwing away in a few yearsUnless it's a big value item and sells for a big value, you've probably just put a stupidly low value on your "free" time.
Selling new old stock/obsolete Vauxhall/Opel stuff is my day job, let me know what you have and I can give you an idea of whats worth selling & valueThis stuff is not for anything exciting. Mostly Astra F and G, Omega, a few Triumph Herald and Vitesse bits. I only ever kept new or really good condition stuff.
Who would ever have thought Escort Mk1s would be worth anything ? But someone, somewhere, will want these things to fix a fault or for a rebuild.
There is no new stuff apart from a couple of front strut bearings, a valve cover gasket and rear crank seal from a, Astra F (TDS Isuzu 1.7) all the rest is used, so no good to you ?.Selling new old stock/obsolete Vauxhall/Opel stuff is my day job, let me know what you have and I can give you an idea of whats worth selling & value
