As well as spatter (which presumably is just cosmetic?) there's also a potential problem with porosity which will affect the strength of the weld, if the torch is too far away and the gas can't flood the weld pool.
We still don't understand why the torch can't get closer but there are options for other, longer, thinner torches too.
Thanks for your response, Hope you could please see the video, as welding is done in an arc, we have challenges of welding torch getting bent if brought closer. Torch needs to be maintained between 45 to 50 degrees to get the right bead . Highly value your excellent tips

You were welding with too much wire (amp).
while welding, try to bring the wire back a little bit by step. you hear your weld pool popping due to too much wire.

Do u suggest reducing current? If yes then would like to inform you that both current and voltage settings maintained with respect to product requirement
2nd point is to reduce gap between weld wire and component? Please confirm
I very much doubt the product requirement supplied by the customer expects the gap that your current setup forces you to use. Plus you have the excessive splatter complaints already or you wouldn't be asking on here.

first:
If this is the case then the WPS is not good. you must always have a minimum and maximum value on your wps for your parameters.
second:
Reducing the opening gives more ampere, that is not the intention, if you were to increase it you would get less ampere, but that is not wise because your welding protection decreases.
Below is an example.
As a matter of interest, what machine is being used when following this WPS?
It says GMAW and FCAW - semi-automatic - but no WFS is specified, just a current.

I can't set current, just WFS (non synergic), so I asked what machine you were using.

every welding machine can be used with or without synergic. you have to adjust the program.
If you weld with synergic, this means that you no longer have the control to regulate your ampere and voltage yourself.
and in such a case you do not comply with the WPS.
so manual adjustment is better.

I may be out of line here, however @Jack Ryan I'm with you on this one. I have three of these machines (as shown by @denlow60 ) and they do a brilliant job, in their synergic settings (give or take a bit, with their internal trim adjustments). However if you operate outside their synergic settings you operate outside their 'sweet spots' then you get what you get, good or bad. Good if it is good and **** is it is not. This thread has been going for much time and I don't think anything has been resolved. In the video we get lots of light, so you can't see anything and the noise, so all I have been able to go by is the noise which is terrible. Seems like nothing will change. Someone who welds (actually knows what they are doing) needs to go there and see for him / her self what is actually happening and make the necessary adjustments. From what has been presented I can't see enough to comment any further!

You can't comply with that WPS if you don't have current readouts on your machines. Simple. You trim your wirespeed and stickout until you're achieving the required current range.
Wfs is maybe an allowable parameter on some wps but not on most I've seen, as its really the amps that matter.
You can usually trim the wire or voltage on a synergic machine to achieve the required results. Do remember that usually (usually!!) the person writing the WPS has made a successful weld using those exact parameters, so it's not unreasonable to expect most machines to be able to do the same, unless its a specific pulse or high-energy transfer.

@Jack Ryan I don't really understand your question. because you say that only the current is given.
it is a semi-automatic welding machine.
you may weld GMAW and FCAW.
ampere is indicated.
voltage is indicated
heat input is indicated.
etc etc etc.
can you explain what exactly you mean?
