I hope you do work out how to post images, your bike engine works sounds really interesting but if like me you were brought up on Japanese 2 and 4 strokes of the 70's and 80's it is difficult to imagine some of the things that you make or modify.
There are plenty of IT or photographic types on here that will be able to answer image posting questions if you need more help.

Balance of the lever point and mass on the sides of the gear, hidden by the front plate. Downward pressure puts a turning moment on the gears.
This version doesn't balance amazingly, it works ok and looks sweet, but the "lock" isn't very positive.
The mk2 prototype will improve on this.
I imagine I'll need a mk3 refinement as well, but that will be the final touches.

Today I made the gear selector cable in the Range rover work properly again
the adjustment rod has got to stay horizontal as the lever moves backward and forward , the pinch bolt had started to seize and at times wasn't quite selecting park ( no start ) or drive sometimes loosing drive . A couple of good doses of penatrant and some gentle wiggling had it free a little adjustment and the jobs a goodun .
Also made a start on the service on the 770
bit of a clean up of the insides and new belt fitted , then while I was on I managed to snap off one of the water feed nipples
not drastic though only about a fiver .

Rusty army box saved from scrap , degreased a light wire brushing then stabilised the rust the a panel wip before applying clear coat, it will end on a ratty looking car of some sort.

Picked up some Wilson toolholders for the pressbrake, they're double sided to let you use tooling back to front which can be very useful.
They were designed for Amada brakes so i had to turn the top plates and mill the slot bigger to suit my Safan.
