I've talked to them saying it was too much , and they proposed 350 euros.

I had to reread it...at first I thought you were the one getting paid for taking it!

By the time you've taken it down, fixed all the issues etc it would be easier to either buy a new one or to just make one yourself.

I don't know , maybe a half decent starting point all depends what Mem want's to put into it / How he values his time . I don't think you'd get much for 350 euro's (where he lives ) to build something that size , Now if he could a fair chunk off might be a different proposition .

I guess maybe where he is it's a bargain?...here in the UK it most certainly ain't...I'd feel like I was paying to take away rubbish!

If it was bigger (say 5mx6m ) then maybe worth spending the time to fix it up I?...you're right that everything can be fixed it's just down to time and materials.

How rusty, new base, new door, remove to new location.
Roof and top of sides look well rusty, roof also looks bowed with ridge damage
How is it held down timber ring beam on floor or sunk into concrete

Base sunk into the concrete that's the main point made me leave

He should be paying you to remove it, not expecting to sell it to you.

I don't know , maybe a half decent starting point all depends what Mem want's to put into it / How he values his time . I don't think you'd get much for 350 euro's (where he lives ) to build something that size , Now if he could a fair chunk off might be a different proposition .

I've thought it was a good starting point ,a temporary solution but once I've noticed it was sunk into a concrete slab I've thought that it was too much work not worth .
I've asked to confirm my thoughts , it's always a shed , better than work in the middle of nowhere under the sun the rain or in the wind , this was the only point in favour.
My time is high value , working around 50 hours every week between my job at the machine shop, other little repairs jobs , plus all the surrounding like traveling work to home, home to work,go buying things for home etc you know,I think we're all in similar situations.
Time is important , it's money , it's staying with our loved ones , and no-one give it us back so yes my time is worth enough,I don't have to waste with this rotten shed.

About building one ,it requires time but not so much money , I can make it enough big to work in it and store parts ,the only thing I miss is time and have to use the money for what's most important at the moment everyday.

Take your time, lay the slab and you have hard standing. Put up a steel frame and cover with a tarp, you have cover. Replace tarp with sheet material and you have a secure work shed. It does not all need to be done at once.

Or consider a Clarke tarp shed for a while. Mine is up 2 years no issues still like new.

That's the shed .
Just came back home.
Went there to see it .
It's not as expected .
They said 3x6 meters well it's not..
2.5x5 meters .
I've talked to them saying it was too much , and they proposed 350 euros.
It has a broken door ,the entire roof is rusted on the outside not inside .
Few rust spots here and there.
I'm not an expert about so what would you do?

One of my sheds is in a similar state, but I'm not complaining as I was given it for free by a mate. No way would I pay 350 of any currency for that.

Well I've saved 350 euros for buying tools .
Anyway didn't went there for nothing, since I've bought 6 pieces of 40x80 by 3mm thick box tube ,6 meters long for 10 euros each

A sea container is more attractive and can be easily modified to resist burglary.

Main problem is that they are way too expensive over here up to 10000 euros.
Second they are little bit big and there is no legal ways to transport it to destination.
It would either need an helicopter which cannot fly at such low altitudes I'd need, might be expensive too.
Or use a bulldozer to open up the roads through other lands and especially houses down the road to destination

My experience is that usually the sellers of such places are looking for mugs to pay top dollar , clear up & remove it at their own expense.
When you add in the cost of the new nuts ,bolts screws & rivets etc & a couple of sheets of matching metal it's not much difference to buying a new shed and building it from scratch the way you want it instead of having to cut out badly rusted parts .

Looks like an old Fein Screwgun something like an ASSE636?

I've been willing to buy one for years ,since I've first discovered these in a YouTube video uploaded by "The Post Apocalyptic Inventor" .
Never managed to get one before because they are like white flies , very rare and in most cases very expensive tools .
I'd most likely disassemble it to better understand of its working mechanism .
It should have a variable speed switch and a particular gearbox which automatically reverse the rotation.
If pushing on the spindle it will rotate clockwise and in addition it will strike like an impact driver .
If there's no pressure on the spindle it will rotate anticlockwise

Last night at 20.05 hrs I acquired another " *^$%£( ing " puncture , having had to replace a punctured unrepairable RHR tyre last Tuesday morning thankfully under the Motability scheme . .

This time though the low pressure warning came on as I was going round the West end of the M4 roundabout at Pont Abraham .... a bit unnerving .

I did a quick visual check in the rather cool night , made it the three miles to home , will see what it is later in the morning in daylight

Went to Kwikfit this afternoon to get the possible puncture fixed & the RHR new tyred wheel nuts check again as per the terms & conditions of the Motability scheme. good news no puncture .
The guy who did the check also did the new tyre last Friday he reckoned that the new tyre is more rigid than the other three so when it was minus 3oC the older tyres showed low pressures , all being 25.2 PSI , the ne tyre was still showing 35.2 PSI . so he adjusted the pressure with nitrogen gas & reset the tyre inflation monitor again for me .

T'will be an amusement if the three old tyres all have a slow puncture instead .
