I'm pretty certain you can't get 32mm stock through the spindle of a standard Boxford. Even the VSL can only pass 34mm or so.I would suggest ER40 as instead of er32 as you can hold up to 32mm, while ER32 the limit is about 20mm (oversize collets dont seem to exist for er32)
Be OK for short lengths or a collet block used for other purposes though.
I made an ER40 square block from some 50mm square MS bar, works OK. I went for ER40 as my Bridgeport/Adcock uses them so already had several and could pinch the collet nut for the block, saved some machining
