Haven't got the original PSUs either. Nothing special other than they had Dyson stamped on them.

Made by Lorom, have a search of their catalogue, it might be a standard part.Trying to find some 2 core flat cable. It's 6mm wide x "really thin" :

You've definitely been bitten by the vice collecting bug!
I have a small collection too, if I see one going cheap & have some spare cash I usually buy it. I see it as an investment, vices always go up in value & if you buy right you can make money.
BTW if you spot any bargain wood vices let me know, especially a record No 52, 52 1/2 or a 53. Trying to buy a few for our Men's shed.
Maybe you could use some multi way flat flex/ribbon cable if you can't find the original stuff.I think it has to be flat like the original. It sort of doubles as a "drive belt". Made a short video clip.

There's a guy on youtube building a "DIYson" lamp, I got bored five minutes in so haven't watched any of it, but you could see what cable he's using.
Last I watched diyson was using pogo pins sliding down copper tracks to pass the power. Just re-checked now and he's not posted any updates to that project in the last 9 months.
Flat flex cables are available from Digikey, but will depend on how the ends are terminated and the conductor spacing whether off the reel ffc will solve Onoff's situation
Don't forget to share photos of the process. I have already accumulated 200 kg of cable and a bag of copper pipes and terminals.I’m going to cast myself a copper sledge hammer . Been saving up the copper
I bought a new one too, a Mellita Calibra, the last one was too loud, not a proper burr grinder and I dropped the grinds container. The new one is a burr grinder, is a lot quieter and it will grind by weight, I don't like the number of cups settings most have. And only 80 quid on Amazon at the moment, so far very good. Confuses the missus on weight as you have to press the "Tare" button before grinding by weight so she keeps turning it to the cups setting.New Grinder... for coffee

We'll see how long this one lasts. Thought to be fair the last one lasted 3yrs and 36kg of beans.
Did I mention I liked Coffee![]()
Not sure how I'll get on with this one. The first All Core Grinder had a removable cassette holding the burrs. I could take that outside and blow it out with the airline. The new one (All Core Plus) the inner burr id fixed, with the outlet to the side. I can see it been a trap for fines.I bought a new one too, a Mellita Calibra, the last one was too loud, not a proper burr grinder and I dropped the grinds container. A new bundle of Fire test keys.
They look impressive, but I know, from experience, they are never as good as OE keys.
