I wanted some storage for my small shed so I used up all the bits lying around, I had quite a lot thick wall box section that was very rusty and 12mm ply, the blue boxes are 600 x 400 x 200 mm, the shelves are heavy but each box will old a project that would normally block my bench up

Still working my way through HPS's freebie horse shoe's . Thought I would stick some bit's of scrap stuff to it and bodge a much needed Christmas 'cooking' implement. Any ideas?

Also did this over the weekend, ripped out the old bannister etc from stairs and landing, this was part way through.

Looks great but I hate to think what would happen if somone fell on the stairs, if it shattered, some of the peices could be very large impalement hazards

I have slipped on stairs before.

It is hardened so will break into small rounded pieces like an old fashioned windscreen did.

I was just about to reply to this but I've been beaten to it , worst case a bad bit of glass rash . You could throw a 2lb hammer at it and 99 times out of a 100 it'll bounce of .

I don't need a lesson, my LR series went on the A13, pushed it out whilst driving and pulled over when i could.

Had toughened laminated glass (bullet proof) on the doors of my Chiron, it exploded and I thought it was a shotgun had gone off inside my workshop I will see if I can find a pic.

Testing the baby saw with charged (but old) Lidl 4Ah battery. 9-10" log, it gets about 8 cuts maximum, slows a lot when the battery power drops.
Im not convinced cordless can replace petrol for this or big stuff but its ok for small branches and pruning where one batttery will do whole tree. Would be no good for blocking down.

Petrol made a log pile (which I previously offered to stack nicely, thankfully I didnt offer to split any of it!)

The stump is massive. Trying to cut at ground level is a challenge.

After sharpening I was getting dust so took a bit off the rakers.

I still need to rash up the rubbish pile.
