Welcome back to 'The Sauna'. This is where the second of my benches is living. It will be set against one of the walls once finished. I have a few still to do.
Runners and feet back on and the drawers started. The fronts are absent and they are facing the wrong way in the pic below. The sides are plane square edged 20.5mm thick boards. They have been ripped down to roughly 4 inches in height. I can use the full height board (144mm) for the front. The full board height will overhang at the bottom to accommodate the drawer base material thickness and create the overhang lip for a finger-hold to pull at the bottom.
The backs are pallet runners that have been run through the thicknesser to tidy them up. The pallet runners are free material that's a little thicker so they accommodate the rebate on the corners nicely. As long as I pick the straighter ones to refine they aren't too much trouble.
I've only got one corner clamp at the moment so the glue ups will take a while.
I feel like I'm getting quicker/better at this. Might get one of them properly finished one day.

Fixed someone elses bodgery, quite a few small repairs on this, and extended the barrel out 200mm to hold an extra 80 litres.
Quite a clever bit of kit, this. It mixes up powdered milk to feed calves, and its self propelled. You drive it along and press a button to dispense a set quantity of milk per calf.

I made a pile of bits:
One of the big brass bits is a spare and I still need to make two more of the plain stainless bars when I've bought some more bar.
The tiny brass bits go into the ends of the M6-threaded knurled knobs:

Put hands free into my climbing / cutting helmet.
Partly for music when doing menial tasks, but more importantly to have onsite Comms when I'm climbing and doing rigging jobs.
Fiddly bloody jack to solder. The lidl rechargeable soldering iron is the ideal companion to the M12 iron.
This is a V6 I'm told I can have a v4 and 3 additional v6s or 4s which will allow full duplex Comms.
Now looking for a ptt handset to modify

A replacement headlamp level sensor which will hopefully get me an MOT certificate. A pair of cheapo rod ends and a length of M6 threaded bar. I suspect I'll have to turn that nyloc around on the top, or replace it with a plain nut and some Loctite.

Chinese husky, or affectionately known as chusky I made it into a hot saw ran really well for a year until it didn't no fault of the saw.
It's put back to standard, new seals top end and bore runs well it's a mix of OEM and clone.
24" buried.

What did you use on your protos, looks like it sticks out and will get knocked off.
Also do you have a light on it for winter/night work?
What sort of power does that have? I would like to get more power out of my cs340
Same power as the ms461 I was using in the week. It's a 72cc saw
My yard at 6, start at 7 home by 4 wouldn't work in the dark far too dangerous.
It's just a vnetphone V6 doesn't stick out too much not that worried about it getting snagged, happens less often the more you climb.

Is that massive thing next to the TRRS plug your soldering iron? You're at a bench, why not use a proper corded iron?
