This sealey LED light at under £12 delivered is a proper bargain IMO. (Ebay) Solid metal with strong base magnet and powerful LED with focus adjustment. Best bit is how flexible it is. Only downside is it takes regular AAA batteries not rechargeable but for the £ very good I ordered another and this one will live on my bandsaw now as a sight gauge.

The 4 E309L Esab vacpack arrived today not exactly well packaged but fortunately no damages,the packages are perfectly fine and air thigh so no damages
@Brad93 if you remember you was asking why so cheap I believe that my theory might be plausible .
I believe:
They thought that because of the size of the rods (3.2 and 4mm) they could have difficulty to sell them.
Probably ordered for someones job he didn't bought the entire box(think 5 pieces for box) , no-one bought directly from them the remaining packs and they sold them dirt cheap on eBay .
That's how I think they ended up on eBay
