One of my friends now uses Starlink and he is very happy with it. But you do need to remember the adapter as Keithmax says! The built in Wifi isn't up to much apparently.
My friend live quite rurally, gets 1Mb/s over landline, so had been getting by with 4G and 5G modems. They had been working mostly OK until the base station got busier, and then they switched of the 5G base station they were clearly testing near him. That propmted him to go for Starlink and he is pleased. My recollection is that he gets around 50Mb/s with Starlink.

I don't need to make the decision since we are on fibre to the house, so maybe I'm saying what I'd like to do rather than what I would do if I had to decide.
I seem to remember one of them was quite fetching....

I've not used it but a couple of customers got me to put up masts on their houses for proper mounting. When you order It you have to specify the length of cable you recon you'll need from aerial to router, as it comes with pre terminated plugs each end, the aerial end plug is the smallest, but still quite bulky requiring a hole of at least 20mm. The ideal aspect is 100° view of the sky all round. Once connected the receiver is motorized and finds the best direction. Speeds seemed very good 180mb +. One chap is serving his own house plus half a dozen holiday lets, seems very pleased.

I’m semi rural and it can get as bad as dial up , you complain and it gets better for a week then poor again

I don't know if it is available in the area you are going to, but to give you another option, a company in Ripley (Zycomm) do wireless broadband for rural locations.

I'm fibre to the house with VOIP and thought great I can ditch the copper line and save on line rental, it doesn't work like that, you still have to pay line rental for the fibre cable
