Blackthorn is really bad for passing on nasties, tetanus being one.

SWMBO had a blackthorn 'stab' , in hospital 5 days on intravenous antibiotics .Not to be taken lightly.

The Genuine AVO leather one is my original one must be 60 + years old
It requires 25mm of stitching on right hand lid return it is only stitching not damage to leather.
@mrsbruce could send you a needle and some waxed cotton 10 min finished

Sods law... Expecting light rain I covered the logs in a tarp. We just had a short but biblical downpour.
Bottom right just out of pic is the storm drain, which has never been much good. Logs are now under 2-3" of smelly water
150kg+ I think, which I will have to move tomorrow.

Sealey 30t press for a good price. Had seen it on eBay and it kept getting lower and lower. Will probably be 15t more than I'll ever need but when has too much ever been a problem?

Yes it was my own fault...was in too much of a rush....bloomin teflon liner didn't help either I'm guessing .

Bit annoyed....patched it up with some tape ....but it ain't the same.

Wonder if Kemppi have a sale on!
