The two best days of a boat owners life are when you buy it and when you sell it!
Have fun in the days in-between

Transit I can afford will not pull 3400kg.Should have used a Transit:
I owned the Transit and sold it before that picture was taken. The back was quite badly corroded.
FFS boring you are haha, never had a good boat or known how to look after or use i guess lol

I susĵpect it has more space in the back?
That is a fantastic price! As I said I paid £3.5k for mine in March with 12 months MOT.well i paid £1600 8 months MOT aswell
Shogun 1500 litres, all rear seats downVery nice - bit bling with those chrome headlamp surrounds. How does it compare to a Discovery 3?
I suspect it has more space in the back?
its not a point if it can its if it is allowed to tow such an amount.I'm surprised that one could. It was a base model, 75bhp?
..and I hear alllll the complaints about bad towing in the USofA...Should have used a Transit:

Some years ago I had a very hairy moment towing a yacht (j24) middle of the night, half asleep, down hill. Was driving an old Rover SD1..V8 thing, superb tow car until I tried to slow down togo through a chicane of cones as one lane was closed, then over to the other carriageway. Boat was pushing the car, so stopped braking and just accepted I was taking the easy route and lots of cones with me….must have relocated about 200 by the time I came out the other end. It would have not been much over2.5 ton if that.its not a point if it can its if it is allowed to tow such an amount.
