Looks good. Are the labels laminated/wipeable for regular workshop use? I'm assuming the printers are cheap but the consumables expensive? I've seen cheap brother compatible tape on eBay- do you know if it's any good?Today I acquired a new to me label maker.

I’ve got ans older version of @8ob ’s one, about 6 years old now, no problems, tapes are plastic and wipeable, but won’t stick to anything that isn’t smooth - some plastic spray bottles for instance. Not tried any non-Brother labels init - genuine ones aren’t too dear on Amazon.
I've never tried the tape, but I bought a batch of compatible heatshrink from Aliexpress, and it's as good as the genuine stuff.
(For anybody thinking about buying the heatshrink, it only works in a few specific Brother printers, so check compatibility before buying)

Some extension lead sockets off amazon, thanks for the heads up @MattF.
Some aftermarket ribbons for the label maker, they seem ok @Mick Annick
And a twenty ltr gas refill for the small mig, not sure how this fares with other prices but seemed a bit high for what it was.

I had it a few years ago, they kept me in nearly a week, was on IV anti-biotics for the first couple of days.

dont know about price on the bottle, but keep it for those odd on site jobs which are difficult to get to, trust me the saving on your back is worth it.A few bits today.

I keep a OA boc portapack handy for just that reason, much easier cutting fencing wire and bicycle frames out of the forestry mulchers or flails with that than a cordless grinder

Only flicked it on quick to check everything works. Not tested it properly yet, but all beams, settings & remote work.
I got this one, with single battery & a remote. They also do this model without a remote but two batteries.

Yesterday I acquired another box of 15ga brads of the bay bargain at £15 delivered
but on wednesday evening whilst on the clays I acquired a nice insect bite ! do feel owt till thursday morning
today my leg is aching from the sole of me foot to me **** cheek .
so far it's red about 6" up from ankle and ouzing a bit of fluid and the itching , I'd like to get the belt sander on it !

I've only just had the chance to use it, but it's very nice, works like a conventional ratchet so you can crack them off manually then use the motor to undo. I'd like to see a much lower torque than the 47Nm for tightening...would be very easy to strip smaller threads.
