An Airmaster isn‘t very effective at digging soakaways or digging floors out of outbuildings though.
After much deliberation and viewings,I spent £10k + vat on a 1.7t tracked mc,far more versatile than the two backhoes I’d played with ,,I’m lucky I can occasionally borrow an 8t mc if needed,however that wouldn’t influence my decision,I can get around the back of sheds and spend longer doing what a big mc does quick,but most of the time I’m doing small jobs,with an occasional oversized bucket used with lots of care and close in,ground speed may be worth considering if travelling distance is great.

I have an Iseki TX 2160 with a polymark beaver front loader and backhoe, 16 hp, its a good small machine, I would say the backhoe for as good as it is is limited, and as one guy I was speaking too said, for some jobs the tractor is never in the right place, but it is versatile, and can shift stuff over a small distance quite good and I have had it on a topper and would like to get a rotovator in time.
Digger and dumpers sell easy, maybe thats the best option and get a tractor when all the round works is done, but if there is some time to spare the tractor and backhoe will get the work done.

Didn’t they do the 2CX air master with a back hoe option? Or am I remembering it wrong? Happy to be wrong

No I know it won’t but it could tow a tipping trailer if needed. More just for reference of what the non specialised equipment looks like

friend of mine building his second house near Roy Bridge kept such good records of all the costs from the first house he realised it would be cheaper buying an 8t jcb and a dumper, also when he is finished with it he will have no problems selling them as a diy house builders starter pack!
I was impressed with the 8t excavator, seemed far more capable than smaller machines, but still fairly compact for working around a small site

I made him a lifting jib for the digger, got all his truss's up on the house without any incidents
(SWL=Dinnae be daft)Great folk, my girlfriend worked with his brothers girlfriend at the vets so got roped into helping them out!
must go a visit later on this year and see how they are getting on!

The airmaster had the compressor then due to havs they started using the 2cx backhoe on the tarmac with a rear mounted breaker but fitted a hydraulic hose real to the side so a handheld hydraulic breaker could still be used for fiddly stuffDidn’t they do the 2CX air master with a back hoe option? Or am I remembering it wrong? Happy to be wrong
The 2cx is no more it's been replaced by the 3cx compact which is slightly bigger but has joystick controls

Possibly, suspect you know more on the subject than I do.
The first line of the description is the same in hundreds of scams for everything from plant to cars to household items.
Then you go on the profile and their are 3 items for sale photographed in completely different places. Genuine dealers always photograph kit in the same place. Also one of the other items is photographed Infront 9f a barn clad in material that is typical of europe.

I have a Bobcat 325 tracked digger which is a 2.7t machine - which is the largest you can tow on a 3.5t trailer. It is amazing the work it can do. Used to use a McConnel backacter on a Ford 4000 tractor., which had a longer reach which can be useful, but was painfully slow in operation compared to the digger.
Or they are a hacked account and all previous adds are for nail polish then all of a sudden they are selling a 25t excavator
