Our clarke copy is failing already. Apparently my tyres are at 50psi, I'm 90% certain i can tell when a tyre only has 10psi in it!!

Finally after months of waiting I have acquired an office door / window. Can finally get the builders to make a start on plasterboarding and skimming.

Guy's doing the install were told they were installing a door and everything they needed was in the van. Hadn't been told they were installing it in a steel frame.

Luckily I was on hand and had to drill out the steel with some DeWalt extreme 2 drill bits (those are lovely bits) and generally help them out with big step ladders and other stuff that hadn't been brought.

Earlier in the week I couldn't contain my excitement when I discovered that there's a proper size chart for elastic bands... and today some, in a specific size, arrived from eBay.

Not only did they arrive but my excitement was compounded when I opened the envelope to find that they were VACUUM PACKED!
