Aye she all tarped up. Ive not long knocked off putting that on. A 6m x 9m tarp is a proper handful when the winds getting up.

The thing with going to ketosis is to get fat burning. Near as possible to zero carbs. I use almond flour to make bread when I'm determined and fasting. I'm due for a this as I've ploughed on the weight since I lost my dog.
3 days I reckon on and then the hunger pangs disappear.
We're in the wrong thread for this...

Today (well yesterday) I made (and welded in) a few patches.
A mates Ducati Campervan is up for mot.
It looked quite presentable but the inner wings were a bit crispy.
Uncovered this when I took the DS front wing off.
Its only an old van and just needs to be roadworthy and to get a ticket but that's no reason to be half arsed .
Few hours work and I've got it to this stage.
I know its galvanised and no, I didn't grind it off, but that's because that's how I like to do it.
The other side is better but there's still a few patches left to do (the battery tray will be the most tricky) and a few I haven't found yet no doubt, but I haven't made a patch since I did another mates Transit in January and sad as it seems, I quite miss it.
In fact I've been seeking away to do this instead of painting the stairs.
Now that is a pain of a job and I would happily pay someone else to do it if I knew someone who would do it the way I wanted.
I'm away to finish sanding these bloody stairs.

My attempt at an old fashioned open/closed sign for the pub. A bit of 1/4" ali cut and shaped. A couple of rivnuts to put a chain for hanging. 3D printed stencils. Etch primed then sprayed with Lidl white paint. Gave it 24 hours. Put the red Lidl paint on and it reacted with the white where I put it in a bit thick on the OPEN side 
Got to redo that!
Also has a TPU channel to stop it banging against the gate where it'll be hung.

I've been wanting a bigger beading tool but couldn't find one with a 20mm shaft, so bit the bullet and bought this with a 22mm hole, turned down a bit of aluminium for a tight fit sleeve, result, I was expecting the aluminium tube to crumple at any second
