Useful, mine has no inbuilt oiling, it just gets a squirt every so often when I'm using it.

There is reverse threaded centre Allen cap screw to prevent the arbour from undoing itself, and don't call me surely!

Couple of Helical prints from @Onoff ,

They are hollow so that can use steel bar to take most of the milling force. They will get a dip in parafin wax to smooth them out, after gluing but before use.

My dad had something similar he had a big antenna on a rotator way back in the 80's. Had no clue what it did back then but now I do!

I had one in the 1980s, and it worked well on a Balanced feeder. It was handy and wished that I never sold it.. The reason I did sell it was I had an ATU which had meters on it .

Pair of mig feed rollers for 0.6 and 0.8mm turns out that based on the color scheme in the manual, the ones I had where 1.0 and 1.2mm rollers. Been feeding .8mm with them for years and even some .6mm until it started slipping.

Frankly surprised it worked at all, even with .8mm.

Popped into B&Q for some genuine Hozelock fittings , overtime the yellow plastic spigot end fittings lose a few thou of plastic and start slipping out of the female fittings . giving whoever is close to the failed joint a decent soaking .

Whilst there I decided it was time to buy a full screwdriver set having recently tore some of the tip off a Pozi drive whilst undoing a long hardened turbo screw in some Delrin , not wishing to drop over £32 on a set of green & black ones & so settled for the £22 orange & black Magnusson ones.
Getting home & struggling to open the blister pack I realised I should have got the green & black Whiri ( SP?) as individual pieces , at least I would have been able to touch & feel the tip qualities .The Magnusson are lacking in quality , fit & finish .

There is an amusing but very naughty on the back of the packing card

I suppose it is a way to get round the country of origin rules , we buy in as a container full of boxes of unfinished screwdrivers then they get the tips dipped in rubbish black paint , then when dry , packed in UK blister packs & shipped out to Kingfisher owned stores .

Bought a single speed drill press. Quite by accident, I saw a neighbor, in his warehouse, 4 pcs. identical. Includes tank with coolant pump. Then I'll take it, it's very heavy. Belt drive, then a few gears. The backlash in the quill is very small. The curved handle stretches both the belt and the movement of the head along the column. It is not clear why there is a threaded sleeve in the belt protection cover. And the quill shaft also has a thread.

I will remake it for 400 volts + frequency converter. The old coolant pump will go to the lathe, I will buy a small pump Chinese one made of plastic with an internal tank.

I couldn't find a manufacturer's label. Old Yugoslavia or Italy.
