£2000 a year. Remember, you're not only paying for the services you receive but you also pay for those that can't/ won't pay.

no use buying it to holiday let no leccy or services it will end up been sold for nowhere near the asking price .nowt like the cheek for trying though

a house with no proper access road and rights is pretty worthless and at the mercy of whoever owns it and can charge what they like my access road is owned by highways and i have rights over it and pay nothing they have to maintain it .if the council owned it that would be another kettle of fish

because its 2 semi knocked in to one house and a massive garden and small field and only paid 28 grand for it the railways sold it off 40 years ago

pasenger trains every quarter an hour till 11 at night and about a dozen heavy freight trains with 40 tesco containers go by from teesport up to scotland and back probably a couple during the night
