Then IMO stick to marking them out, bandsawing/shearing them rough and finish with a belt grinder or coarse flap disc.I've more time than money
Ideally you get enough of a list of end sizes you use, to justify ordering 10-20 of each size and just get them laser cut... plasma cutting works well too, but you'll have to tidy the edges with a grinder.
