these come up for about 150-200 on occasion.
My mate used to have access to a laser cutter, I'd give him a drawing and a few days later there would be a part (or 6!) in 5mm Stainless.
Some companies will do it by post now, if you need a lot doing that would be my choice (keep some in stock).
If it's only a few maybe rough cut then finish off on belt sander?.

That's part of the problem at the minute I don't need a lot done, if things change I will go for lazer cut,

If you have a band saw, glue multiple sheets together and hand cut....then dissolve super glue with acetone.

You could have picked up the phone and they would have been delivered by now from someone like fractory
Try and use some one local as if your in a bind you can nip in and ask a favour plus the scrap bin is good to empty and fill if your lucky to get on well with them
Yep ,,, but it is an Edwards bean can lid ,,,, lol . I was expecting a sort of spun like appearance , all nice and sort of Fred Diphna hand made in England look , Mind you if those boys had a laser those steam engines would have been knocked out in half the time ,,, thats progress I guess. Just when you get the gear to make building stuff easy , no one wants the stuff thats easy to make.

You could make a circle cutter attachment for a bead roller.
I made one for rolling an edge but it also works for cutting, if you use the shear (or no gap)

I'll have another look at it, wheels definitely need sharpened and a few other bits need looked at it should cut a lot better than that, I only plan on cutting 1.5mm aluminium, too many projects at the minute I wonder can anyone on the site sharpen the wheels
That's a better looking one we had one like that in the last place with measurements and a wheel to wind it in and out, this one has been beat with a hammer, these old machines are brilliant when looked after but in their lifespan you'll always get some monkey putting something in it that it wasn't made for
o thats the truth ,,, I know where there is the most beautiful old folder sitting , but the farmer who owns it tried to bend a new spring eye with it in a land rover leaf spring ,,,, the cast side broke , it was only meant for 1.4mm steel , not 8mm springs ,,, I look at it and could weep .....
