That's the thing. Knocking up some rough looking thing that does the job is fine for an amateur, or even a professional doing something to keep a customer going. But to sell stuff like that as a business?

Pretty cheap...just needs a little finishing off I reckon. Still a lot better than my own attempt at aluminium mig welding!

I’m not a Suzuki fan

My mate had a 4 year old gsxr1000 and the bolts had gone rusty on almost all of the bike

Even the anodising was wearing through

Shame as it was a nice bike I just never jelled with it

Mainly because on an SV it's right out in plain sight. So every time you're parked up somewhere it's going to draw the eye like a pimple on a porn star's 4rse.

I reckon these are generic cores/tanks modified for a different use, the tank to cores weld looks ok, it all seems to go wrong with the outlets and necks.

Just noticed it's for 'Racing' so only has to last until the first corner and then the road does the final polish.
