Carb rerfurb on a GSXR-750, following someone else's bodge job (story of my life!), runs like a dream now.

Major service on a CBR650, tank/ panels/ airbox and throttle bodies off, ludicrous really but needs doing every 16000 miles.

Clearances were out so camshafts had to come out to reshim (4 valves had tight clearances).

R Nine T, done a significant amount of work to this for the owner and one of my favourite bikes. This time we fixed triple camp yolkes (cafe racer style).

Chopped the OEM airbox out with a Sawzall for one job, was quite stressful!. Clear valve covers and bespoke hand made exhausts.

last of the welding on this car....
running low on steel. better weld a couple of scraps back together....

outside welded up..

definitely finding my feet welding in awkward angles on thin steel... as long as you ignore the spots where i blew through.

thats all the welding done. just for a bit of filler to cover the weld lines and then primer and paint.

Hope you are going to uprate the suspension to cope with the weight increase.
