I once amused my spawn by sticking a suction cupped bath to my forehead and left it there for a while. The large circular bruise took several weeks to fade.
Many moons ago when my lad was little we were in one of the big DIY places looking for some plumbing fitting or another.I once amused my spawn by sticking a suction cupped bath to my forehead and left it there for a while. The large circular bruise took several weeks to fade.
Ooooh, high lift jack, nice !
Brilliant if you know how to use it properly.
Absolutely, these things have a habit of being vicious little tykes!Brilliant if you know how to use it properly.
Remember to keep the handle vertical except when actually jacking. Especially when switching from lift to lower.
Although slow, it also works great for winching with a hooked chain.Brilliant if you know how to use it properly.

Indeed so but I prefer my Tirfors for that!Although slow, it also works great for winching with a hooked chain.
Excellent acquisition! I've got a similar high-jacker that has been useful on many occasions, including home renovation work. You might already be familiar with these jacks, but in any case, just be careful to use it correctly so that you don't end up with a permanently high-pitched voice or other bodily damage.

Also, check the parts carefully for any cracks or other defects before using it. I had to return one some years ago for that reason. I ended up buying a more expensive (but safer) jack.
