I've looked at their stuff a few times. Seems reasonably priced. I think they have an ebay outlet too, same prices. I was thinking of getting the All in One chassis paint if I ever get to that stage. Seen some positive comments about their stuff on car forums but would be interested in any reviews from forum users here.

They've really expanded their range of late. Used to be mostly rust products and bedliner etc, now they do more paints.

I have to say there's a load of people on the Land Rover forums who've ranted and raved about the Buzzweld Chassis In One and various products.

I thought I'd give it a try and whilst after it went on it gave a good finish etc it simply hasn't lasted. A friend up in the Highlands has the same experience. It wore off very easily.

Between us we've applied it to galvanised steel, bare steel cleaned thoroughly, sandblasted steel, from a can, painted on, sprayed on with and without thinners at all sorts of temperatures. None of them have held up particularly well, my rear cross member started looking tatty after about a year (that was brand new 6mm steel wire wheeled back to bare metal and thoroughly cleaned and degrease) without any serious off roading where it was being scraped etc. Mostly just road miles at that point.

In fact I'm not sure there's any of the CIO left, it all disintegrated and that was about 5 years ago it was applied. There's still some factory paint from LR from 94 still on the chassis. I had more success with a paint designed for gates than I did with the chassis in one and that wasn't prepped particularly well.

I wouldn't trust any of these automotive paints.
Oil rigs get far better protection so it has to be a zinc or aluminium rich epoxy.

wonder what products they actually do use on an oil rig > every rust paint known to man claims to be used on oil rigs and military spec lol
